Is there a SigmaQu web app?
Not yet. SigmaQu AI Business Planner is currently available only as a mobile app on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Why does Google Play ask for a payment method for the free trial?
Google Play requires a valid payment method to start most subscription trials. Billing is processed by Google Play, and SigmaQu does not receive or store your card details.
What happens after the 3-day trial?
If you keep the subscription active, it renews to the selected paid plan. You can cancel before renewal in Google Play to avoid the next charge.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On Android: Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > SigmaQu > Cancel. On iPhone: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > SigmaQu > Cancel.
I was charged and need billing help. What should I do?
Please email our support team with your sign-up email and screenshots of the store receipt. We will investigate quickly and guide you on the fastest next step.
Who handles refunds for in-app subscriptions?
Refund approvals are handled by the app store where the purchase was made (Google Play or Apple). We can still help you prepare the details needed for your request.
Why do I need to create an account and verify my email?
Account creation and email verification protect your work, secure your data, and help prevent abuse. It also lets us recover access if you change device.
How do I delete my SigmaQu account?
Email us from your registered sign-up address and request account deletion. Our team will confirm and process it promptly.
The app is not working correctly on my device. Can you help?
Yes. Send us your device model, Android or iOS version, app version, and a short screen recording if possible. This helps us reproduce and fix issues much faster.
